Responsibilities Of The Candidate Include:

     

Should Be Able To Prepare
• Project Vision Document
• Business Requirements Document
• Functional Requirement Specification (FRS)/ Functional Specification Document (FSD)
• System Requirement Specification (SRS)/ System Requirement Document (SRD)
• Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• Use Case Diagrams
• Wireframes, Mockups
• Change Request Document

   

  • Customer requirements gathering and engagement.
  • Create scope documents, functional & non-functional requirements, features etc ensuring all stated and unstated customer needs are captured.
  • Create workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, writing specification after thorough research and analysis of customer requirements.
  • Engage and interact with internal team - developers, QA, testers & managers.
  • Empower the customers through demonstration and presentation of the proposed solution/ prototype.
  • Ensure ongoing reviews and feedback from customers to improve and deliver better value (services / products) to the customers.
  • Engage with delivery team to ensure right solution is proposed to the customer.
  • Support QA/testing team with periodic testing to ensure solutions meet the needs of businesses by giving timely inputs/feedback.


Skills :

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as IT business analyst
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Advanced technical skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
